Depending on the route taken for your journey you may incur a toll fee. An example of a toll fee is the Central London Fee.
To reduce congestion and pollution in Central London, we add a Central London fee to every Ride (PHV, private car) fleet trip that starts, ends or passes through the Congestion Charge/Ultra Low Emissions Zone.
Note that toll fees are automatically included in the fare price advertised on the app.

To access the chat:
