Depending on the route taken for your trip you may incur a toll fee. An example is the Central London Fee.
To reduce congestion and pollution in Central London, we add a Central London fee to every trip that starts, ends or passes through the Congestion Charge/Ultra Low Emissions Zone.
Note that toll fees are automatically included in the fare price advertised on the app. If you are charged for a toll, this will appear on your emailed Freenow receipt.
If a Freenow driver has requested for you to pay a toll, reach out to our support team via chat.
