You can easily create a Business Profile on Freenow to separate your private and business trips. This helps you manage business travel expenses more efficiently. To get started, you'll need to add a payment method.
- To add a payment method
- Open the app and tap Wallet from the menu at the bottom
- Select Business payment methods
- Fill in all the information about your Business Profile (as Company details, Work email, Expense provider) and Add payment method
- Choose the 'Link' option connected to your email for quick card association, or enter your card details manually
- Enable the card in your Business Profile to use it for future trips
- To remove the payment method
- Open the app and tap Wallet from the menu at the bottom
- Select Business payment methods > Add payment method
- Tap Edit, select the card you want to remove, and confirm by tapping Done

Before booking or completing a ride, tap the briefcase icon to select your Business Profile:
Important: It is not possible to change the payment method after the trip is over. If you've selected by mistake your private profile instead of your Business Profile (or vice versa), there is no way to revert it.
