When you order a ride, the driver must take a route that does not include tolls.
If your driver decides to take a toll route on their own initiative, they are responsible for paying the toll.
Therefore, if the driver has requested for you to pay a toll, reach out to our support team via chat.
To chat with us, go to our 'Help' section in the app and open a new conversation. If you need help with a ride, make sure to select the relevant booking.
If, however, you've asked the driver to take a route that includes a toll section, the toll is your responsibility. If you are charged for a toll, this will appear on your emailed Freenow receipt.
