Toll fees are usually included in the fare price provided in the Freenow app.
However, it may happen that the driver requests an additional fee if the ride required entry to a paid parking lot or driving on a toll road.
An additional fee may also be charged for ordering a vehicle such as a station wagon or transporting a package. If you are charged for a toll/extra fee, this will appear on your emailed Freenow receipt.
