It could be a temporary block. It's not a charge but an authorization from the bank. When booking a trip through the FREENOW app, the payment method is authorized to ensure that the payment method works or has sufficient funds.
It usually appears as "Pending" and may also appear as FRN*hold.free-now.com in online transactions. Even though it's not an actual charge, your available balance will be temporarily reduced.
Don't worry, you won't be charged twice! Once the trip is completed or canceled, the actual amount will be charged, and the temporary hold will be automatically released.
If the held amount hasn't been released after 7 days, you'll need to contact your payment provider/bank for further information. FREENOW is unable to expedite this process.
If you paid for the trip both through the app and with cash/card, contact our support team attaching all receipts.
