How to activate my Business profile in the app
You can activate your Business profile in different ways:
- By clicking the link in the invitation email you received > Create your passenger account and connect your Business profile with the corresponding business account.
- By selecting the 'Business profile' option in the 'Account' menu
- By selecting the 'Business payment method' option in the 'Wallet' menu
If you choose one of the last 2 options, follow the steps below:
- Click on 'Get started'
- Add your work email and company name
- Select a default payment method for your Business profile (you can also add a new payment method)
- All done! Your Business profile is ready!
Can I move my profile to a different Business Account?
To a different Business Account
In case you have left a company and now want to join another one that also has a FREENOW Business Account, you will need to request an invitation from your new account administrator.
Within the same Business Account
If a company has more than one Business Account and you wish to be moved, we will need the proper permission from your administrator to proceed with your request and send you an invitation.
How can I access my Business profile and make changes?
Access your Business profile(s) and corresponding settings by clicking the 'Business profile' section in the main app menu.
From here, you can review your Business profile settings as well as view trip history and download invoices.
You can edit settings depending on what type of business profile you have:
- Private Business Traveller profile (PBT): change the company name, work email and specify a different default payment method (debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Multicard profile: only change your default payment method, and that default payment method can only be a credit or debit card
- For any other Business account profile: no changes are possible, as all are managed centrally by their business account admin.
