A copy of your data can be retrieved from Freenow by submitting a Subject Access Request to our Rider Care Team:
- Go to our support page
- Tap on the 'Help' button located in the bottom right corner
- Select Get in touch > Leave a message
- Fill in the form with your details. Make sure to enter the email address registered to your Freenow account
- In the Main contact reason, select Accessibility
- We will get back to you once the request is completed

- Via the Help button: located in the bottom right corner of our support page - recommended if you don't have access to the Freenow app.
