Whether you’ve got a discount code or you’re looking for extra perks, here’s how to make your money go further when booking your next rental.
Vouchers and promo codes
Everyone loves a little extra off their trip. Vouchers are usually added automatically if you follow a promotional link, but you can also add them manually:
- How to add them: head to the ‘Vouchers and credits’ section in the account screen and tap the ‘+’ icon to enter your promo code.
- A quick tip: most vouchers apply only to personal profiles and private payment methods (like your personal card or PayPal). Just make sure to check the expiry date and terms so you don’t miss out on the saving for your next rental.
Credits
Credits are a bit like a digital wallet within the app. Sometimes we’ll give you credits as a gesture of goodwill or as part of a special offer.
- Automatic savings: unlike vouchers, you don’t need to select credits. If you have a balance, we’ll automatically apply it to your next rental.
- Checking your balance: you can see how much you have left in the ‘Payment’ or ‘Vouchers’ section of the app. It’s our way of saying thanks for choosing Freenow.
Freenow PLUS
If you use our rentals often, Freenow PLUS is designed for you. It’s our subscription service that helps you save more every time you move.
- The perks: by paying a small monthly fee, you get access to exclusive discounts on rentals, whether you're hopping on a bike or booking a car.
- Easy setup: just look for the Freenow PLUS banner in the app menu. You can sign up in a couple of taps and start saving immediately.
- Total flexibility: we like to keep things relaxed, so there’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, no hard feelings.
