The Web Booker is the online platform for booking or prebooking trips though your Freenow Business Account. It is particularly useful for the likes of busy reception desks, where multiple bookings will need to be made for both employees and guests.
With the Web Booker, you are able to make up to 25 simultaneous trip orders and prebook a trip with up to 60 days in advance. It offers you a constant visual on current or upcoming bookings.
The last tab of the Admin Panel ('Book a Freenow vehicle') will redirect you to the Web Booker, where you can sign in with your credentials.
Only Administrators and Bookers can have access to this platform.
