At Freenow, we know that your time is precious, especially when you're heading to the airport. That’s why we’ve introduced the Airport Prebook Promise — a commitment to ensuring you reach the airport on time when you prebook a ride with us.
How does the Prebook Promise work?
- Schedule your trip to the airport ahead of time, knowing we’re committed to getting you there on time
- Once your trip is booked, we take care of the rest. We’ll find a driver and ensure they arrive on time to pick you up
What happens if the driver is late or the trip gets cancelled?
- If your driver arrives more than 10 minutes late, but the ride is completed: You’ll receive two vouchers.
- If your prebooked ride is cancelled because no driver was assigned before the pickup time: You’ll receive two higher-value vouchers.
- If the assigned driver cancels before arriving but after the requested pickup time: You’ll receive two higher-value vouchers.
- If the assigned driver is more than 10 minutes late, does not arrive, and you cancel the booking: You’ll receive two higher-value vouchers.
You don’t need to do anything extra to claim your vouchers. We’ll automatically add them to your Freenow account, making it easy for you to use them on your next ride. You will receive a notification about it in the app and an e-mail. Vouchers expire within 30 days.
