If the driver has requested for you to pay a toll, reach out to our support team via chat.
To chat with us, go to our 'Help' section in the app and open a new conversation. If you need help with a ride, make sure to select the relevant booking.
- For metered taxi fares, the cost of the toll must always be paid by the passenger. If you are charged for a toll, this will appear on your emailed Freenow receipt.
Barcelona
- On Fixed Price services, the only toll already included in the final amount is that of the Vallvidrera tunnel. Therefore, you will not have to pay anything extra.
