If you have discovered fraudulent trips on your FREENOW Business account, please submit a request to our Support Team so that we can investigate.
Keep in mind that it is possible that employees have stored their company's credit card information in their app (and also in the FREENOW Business account) and selected it instead of the FREENOW Business account.
Since the card details were manually entered into the employee's profile, the app treats them like a regular card. As a result, the company's bank account was charged without the business trip being recorded in the Admin Panel.
