To rent our bicycles, you don't need any documents or prior knowledge. The only requirement is that you are over 18 years old.
Once you are registered in the FREENOW app and have added a valid payment method*, you can book any eBike from any of our providers, either through your personal FREENOW account or your business account (if multimobility services are activated).
For your safety and that of your community, all users must adhere to the following rules:
- One person per bike
- Respect local traffic rules
- You must not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For your own safety and that of others, call a FREENOW taxi
- Be attentive and ride smart: Do not ride in blind spots and always stay focused and alert to your surroundings, traffic, and pedestrians
- Do not wear headphones, do not look at your phone, or do anything else that could distract your attention from traffic
*We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
