If you have found an error/discrepancy between the passenger invoice and the summary of your Freenow business account, please report this fact to our Support Team. They will forward your report to our dedicated team, who will contact you shortly.
Important!
Freenow can only send invoices via email; no other delivery options, such as integration with external client tools, are available. All invoices are also accessible through the Admin Panel for easy reference.
