Every month, administrators receive an invoice containing the total number of trips taken to their business account.
The template below explains how to interpret the individual fields and the collected information:
Important: Statements or invoices are not the same as trip reports:
- Invoices only sum up trips paid directly by the corporate account. Trips paid by passengers are not included.
- Trip reports summarize all trips taken on the Business Account, regardless of the payment method.
FREENOW can only send invoices via email; no other delivery options, such as integration with external client tools, are available. All invoices are also accessible through the Admin Panel for easy reference.
