Downloading the Freenow app and creating your account is free and easy:
How do I install the Freenow passenger app?
- Open the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device
- Using the search bar, type in 'Freenow' and download it!
- Repeat the same steps to keep your Freenow app updated! We will also notify you when the latest versions are released
How do I create a Freenow passenger account?
Once the app is downloaded, complete the registration process:
- Open the app and enter your phone number
- Enter the code we sent you via SMS
- Fill in your personal details. Note that it's not possible to create an account with an email that's already registered*
- Your account is now ready to use! Welcome to Freenow!
If you already have an account but have forgotten your password and cannot edit your information in-app, follow the steps here.
*Why does it say my email address is already in use?
When you attempt to register with Freenow and you get an orange pop-up message saying 'This email address is already registered with Freenow', it means an active account is currently associated with that particular email.
If you've not previously registered, please let us know by getting in contact with us directly:
- Go to our support page and tap the 'Help' button in the bottom right corner
- Select 'Get in touch' > 'Leave a message'
- Fill in the form, making sure you use the email address linked to your Freenow account
- For the main contact reason, select 'I'm having trouble logging into my account'
