Can someone under 18 travel alone?
To take a trip with Freenow, you must be at least 18 years old, or be accompanied by an adult, or have the permission of your legal guardians. Otherwise, drivers may refuse to take you.
The adult in charge of the minor is entirely responsible for any use the minor makes of the App and the services offered by our platform.
Can I travel in a Freenow vehicle with my pet or service animal?
All taxi drivers are obliged by law to transport them as long as they are in a special transportation cage and they are accompanied by a person.
If a pet is not in the special transportation cage, they can be transported under the conditions that they are clean, docile, have a collar and a muzzle (when it concerns dogs), have all medical documents, they travel on the floor in the back seats of the car and, as previously stated, they are accompanied by a person.
Also obligatory is the transportation of guide dogs.
The driver can refuse the service only if the above conditions are not met or if he has a medical condition (eg. allergy reaction) and he/she has the necessary medical documents proving said condition.
If a Freenow driver refuses to accept your service animal, contact us.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
At the moment, our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. Therefore, contact the driver to ensure they have enough room and inform them if you require assistance.

Do Freenow drivers provide a child/baby seat?
Freenow drivers are not required to provide baby seats, even though some may carry one.
In case you need a baby seat, as soon as a driver is assigned to pick you up, you can call him via the app and inform him that you want to place your own baby seat so that he can let you know about Isofix availability on his vehicle. Isofix availability is primarily a feature of newer models.
Can I order a larger (XL) vehicle?
We do not have an XL fleet at the moment.
Can Freenow transport larger objects/furniture?
When it comes to transporting large items or furniture, the decision lies with the driver. Although Freenow does not offer a special service for transporting oversized cargo, drivers may be willing to help.
To increase your chances of finding a driver who can meet your needs, we recommend adding a message to your request (instructions here). This message can serve as a warning to the driver about your cargo, allowing them to make an informed decision before accepting your trip.
Important: Freenow does not offer courier services, and our drivers are not obligated to transport unaccompanied items. If a driver agrees to transport an item, Freenow cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of the item, nor can we provide compensation in such cases.
