If you have found an error/discrepancy between a passenger invoice and the summary statement of your FREENOW Business Account, please submit a request to our Support Team. They'll forward your request to our dedicated team, which will get back to you shortly.
Important!
FREENOW can only send invoices via email; no other delivery options, such as integration with external client tools, are available. All invoices are also accessible through the Admin Panel for easy reference.
