How to use your dedicated company account abroad
Traveling for business outside your home country? Your company may provide dedicated business accounts tailored for each destination country, making international expense tracking seamless.
To travel within one of your companies approved countries, simply select the corresponding account once you arrive. Here's how to do it:
Go to the Freenow app and select your destination.
On the selection page, make sure the toggle is on the briefcase and then click on the arrow.
Select the Business payment options tab.
Select the Business account for the country you wish to travel in.
Verify that all required information is entered and you’re now ready to go.
