How does the referral program of Freenow works?

For every friend you successfully refer to Freenow, you both will receive a voucher! 

Follow the steps below:

1. Open your Freenow app and tap the profile icon (top right)
2. Select 'Don't miss out on 50%'
3. Tap 'Share with friends' and send the invitation to your friend via SMS, WhatsApp, email or social media 

What next?

• If your friend doesn't have yet the Freenow app:

1. They should download the Freenow app using the link received
2. Create an account and add a payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay)
3. Book their first trip and make the payment through the app
4. The discount will be applied automatically to the final fare, and your voucher will be credited to your account

• If your friend already has the Freenow app:

1. Have them input the shared code in the app: 'Profile' > 'Vouchers' > '+'
2. Book their first trip and make the payment through the app
3. The discount will be automatically applied to the final fare, and your voucher will be credited to your account

The referral promo is exclusively available to first-time users. This implies that your friend should not have had a Freenow passenger account before, nor should have linked their phone numbers, emails, or payment methods to a previous profile.
