What are FREENOW credits?
FREENOW credits are a value on your account that is automatically deducted from your fare on personal trips/rentals. They don't have an expiration date.
Check your credit balance via the app, under the 'Voucher and credits' tab.
Where can I see my FREENOW credits on the app?
Find your FREENOW credit balance in the app by following these steps:
- Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap on the 'Vouchers and credits' tab
- See your FREENOW credit balance in the blue box at the top of the page
If you have credit in different currencies, you'll only be able to see the credit for the country you're currently in. For example, if you're in the UK and have £3 and €3 credit balances, you'll only be able to see and use the £3 amount.
How can I get FREENOW credits?
FREENOW credits are added by our Passenger Care Team. Users can't add credits to their own accounts.
Why aren't my FREENOW credits applying to my fare?
Credits are automatically applied to your trip.
If you're having issues with your credits applying it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- You're using a Business Account and credits won't apply to your business trips
- The currency of your credits doesn't apply to the country you're trying to book in
- Your credits have already been applied to a previous service
- Credits and vouchers work differently, and you may be having trouble applying a voucher instead
