Getting started with FREENOW for Business is quick and simple! Just follow these 4 steps:
1. Register your company
Tap here to access our Self-Sign-Up page. Enter your company details and contact information to begin the registration process.
2. Create your login credentials
Whether you’re new to FREENOW or already have a personal account, you can set up your business login as follows:
- Existing Users: If you already have a personal FREENOW account, click ‘Connect account now’ and log in with your existing email and password. If needed, you can reset your password. During login, you may be asked to enter a security code sent to your mobile device. If you don’t receive the code, you can request it again via SMS or email.
- New Users: If you’re new to FREENOW, click ‘Create account now’. Use the email address you intend to use for accessing the Business Admin Panel. Be sure to add a valid mobile number, as a verification code will be sent via SMS (note: landline numbers are not supported).
3. Complete your company billing information
Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to the B2B Admin Panel.
Here, enter your billing details, including your company’s TAX number, VAT ID (if applicable), and billing address. This information will be used to generate your monthly invoices and statements.
4. Choose your preferred payment method
Select how you'd like your company to pay for trips:
- Centralised Payment: Use a single company credit card to cover all employee travel expenses.
- Individual Payment: Allow employees to add their own (company or personal) credit cards to the app. Their trips and costs will still be visible in your Admin Panel.
