If you have detected fraudulent trips made through your Freenow Business Account, send a request to our Support Team for them to verify it thoroughly.
Keep in mind that, on some occasions, employees have the company's credit card data added to their app (in addition to the Business Account) and may choose this one instead of the one properly associated with the corporate account.
Since the card data has been manually entered into the employees' profile, the app recognizes it as a regular personal card. Therefore, the amount may have been charged to the company's bank account without recording the business trip in the Administration Panel.
