In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the deletion of a Freenow Business Account must be requested by the administrator to the local sales agent affiliated with that account.
- Go to our support page
- Tap on the 'Help' button located in the bottom right corner
- Select Get in touch > Leave a message
- Fill in the form with your details. Make sure to enter the email address registered to your Freenow account
- In the Main contact reason, select I want to delete my account
- We will get back to you once the request is completed
