My helmet box on my moped is not opening. What should I do?
From time to time, it may happen that the scooter helmet box does not unlock, even if you started the rental through the App. If you heard a loud click from the helmet box when you started the rental, it means that the helmet box has been unlocked.
If not:
- Make sure the scooter is not in pause mode
- Make sure you have started the rental
- Try pressing the 'Open' button firmly
If everything is in order, but you cannot open the helmet box, contact our partner immediately for technical assistance:
