No Cars Available: In rare cases, high demand may prevent cars from being available. If this happens, the app will notify you. Try again in a few minutes.

I'm having trouble receiving notifications
If you're not receiving notifications about your driver assignment or their arrival at your pick-up point, it's likely because notifications are disabled on your device.
To enable FREENOW notifications, follow these steps (note that the process may vary slightly depending on your phone's model and brand):
