If you have identified an error/discrepancy between a passenger invoice and the summary of your Freenow Business account, please submit a request to our Support Team. They will forward your request to our specialized team, who will contact you shortly.
Freenow can only send invoices via email; no other delivery options, such as integration with external client tools, are available. All invoices are also accessible through the Admin Panel for easy reference.
