On the ‘Trip overview’ tab, you will find your monthly invoices if you have an invoice account, and a trip overview if you have a credit card account. The month, invoice number, total expenditure and number of trips are listed there. You can download the document as a PDF, CSV or XLXS file.
Documents are uploaded on the first working day of the month and also sent by email to the account email address provided.
If you have a credit card account, the trip overview will show the total amount spent during the month and indicate that the amount was paid by credit card. For invoice accounts, our bank details will be displayed instead.
If you have a credit card account and receive invoices per trip, you will find them in the ‘Trip’ tab.
Payment guidelines for invoice accounts
To ensure smooth payment processing, please follow these rules:
- References to the invoice number: Always include the invoice number when making a payment (format: 123-12345, found on the first page of your invoice).
- One transfer per invoice: Make a separate transfer for each invoice; do not combine payments for multiple invoices.
- Compliance with the payment deadline: Payments must be made within the time frame specified in our Terms and Conditions.
Important: Freenow does not offer integration with external client tools for invoice delivery.
