The Administration Panel serves as the central hub for Administrators to efficiently manage every aspect of their FREENOW Business Account.
It offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to navigate through various sections and customise settings to align with your company’s unique needs and preferences.
Here’s an overview of the key sections:
- Dashboard: Access an at-a-glance overview of account activity.
- Employees: Manage members and groups.
- Cost Centres: Assign and track spending categories.
- References: Set up custom references for trip tracking.
- Trips: View and manage trip details and preferences.
- Travel Policies: Create rules to control account usage.
- Statements: Access and download monthly invoices.
- Settings: Adjust account details, trip parameters and payments.
- Book a FREENOW Vehicle: Schedule and manage bookings.
How to log in to the Admin Panel
As a FREENOW Business Account Administrator, you may only ever use the Admin Panel. Nevertheless, if you have a passenger account, you can log in with these credentials as well.
In the top right corner, there is a 'Profile' section where you can amend your details. Once you click on this section, you’ll be brought to a page where you enter your login information.
When you’ve logged in, you’ll then get the option to edit all your Profile info: name, email address and mobile number.
