If you are unable to log in to the admin panel, you can request a new password on the login page. There is also an option to reset on the login screens of the Web Booker.
When resetting your password, you will receive a security code via SMS to the mobile number registered in your business account (MFA - Multi-Factor Authentication method) for verification.
If this mobile number or email address is incorrect or invalid (e.g. landline), unfortunately, you will not be able to restore access to your business account.
Since we have no way to change this, we need to delete the business account, and you will need to register with us again.
