If you have noticed fake rides on your business account on the Freenow service, please send a request to our Support Team so that we can investigate this properly.
Remember that in some cases, employees have their corporate credit card details in their app (just like in the case of a Freenow business account) and they select it instead of the Freenow business account.
Since the card details were manually entered into the employee's profile, the app treats it as a regular card. As a result, the company's bank account was charged, and there is no record of a business trip in the Admin Panel.
