To rent one of the electric scooters, you don't need any documents or prior experience. The only requirement is to be at least 18 years old.
For your safety and that of others, you must adhere to the following rules:
- Only one person per scooter
- Do not exceed the maximum weight of 100 kg (including all accessories - bag, backpack, etc.)
- Follow local traffic regulations
- Do not use the scooter under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It's better for everyone to call a taxi
- Be cautious and ride the scooter intelligently. Watch out for larger vehicles, avoid dead zones, and always be focused and aware of your surroundings, traffic, and pedestrians
- Consider wearing a helmet
After registering in the FREENOW app and adding a payment method*, you can rent any of the available scooters, both through your personal account and FREENOW business account (if multimobility services are enabled).
