Freenow integrates seamlessly with Cytric and SAP Concur, allowing you to connect your business account to these expense management platforms. This integration streamlines the process of tracking transportation costs and automatically uploading receipts to your company’s expense system.
To do so, follow the next steps:

- Open your Freenow app and go to Wallet at the bottom of the main screen
- Tap on Business payments methods
- Go to Expense provider section, select Cytric or SAP Concur
- Enter your Cytric GUID or your SAP Concur email address
- You will receive a confirmation email from SAP Concur/Cytric to authorize the connection with Freenow app
Once connected, a green success icon will appear, indicating that your expense management system is successfully linked. When booking a business trip, look for the Cytric/SAP Concur icon under your payment method (if it doesn't show up immediately, try restarting the app).
From now on, every trip's receipt will be uploaded automatically to your Cytric/SAP Concur account.
