The Freenow Cashback Program rewards you for booking business trips through the Freenow app. Every time you complete a business ride using your business profile, you’ll earn cashback that can be applied to your next private trip.
How does it work?
- Earn Cashback: When you book and pay for a business trip using your Freenow business or personal profile, you’ll automatically unlock cashback rewards on every single fare.
- Track Your Earnings: Cashback is credited to your account once the business trip is completed. You can view your cashback balance under the 'Vouchers & Credits' section of your profile.
- Validity of credits: Credits expire 60 days after they are earned.
- Non-Transferable: The cashback earned is non-transferable and can be used for all trips.
How to see my cashback balance
Your cashback balance will appear in the ‘Vouchers and Credits’ section of your profile within an hour after completing a business trip. If the balance is blank, it likely means the cashback has already been applied to a trip.
How to use the earned cashback
Use the toggle to enable or disable the use of credits when booking a personal trip. Note that the cashback can be used for all trips.
- Currency Restriction: Cashback can only be used in the same currency as it was earned. For example, if you earn cashback in PLN, you cannot use it in Berlin if the currency there is different.
- Eligibility: Currently, cashback can only be earned on rides made by taxi or private hire car. Multi-mobility services will follow shortly.
Important:
If you have earned a Cashback Benefit on a business trip performed via Freenow Private Business Profile (PBT), and have used this benefit privately, it shall be distinguished depending on whether you are:

Freenow is responsible for collecting and paying this tax.
iii) an entrepreneur: entire income is taxable (after deducting the costs of obtaining income).
