If a reference or cost center isn’t set by default, follow these steps to add it when booking through the app:
- Open the Freenow passenger app
- Enter your pick-up and destination addresses
- Before confirming the booking, tap the payment method below the vehicle options
- Select your business account—the reference and cost center fields will appear under Payment Options
Important: If your business account is set as the default payment method and a reference or cost center is required, you’ll be prompted to enter it before completing the booking. This applies if an administrator has made it mandatory.
