If you have experienced fraudulent trips made with your FREENOW Business Account, submit a request to our Support Team for a proper investigation.
Please note that in some instances, employees have their corporate credit card data added to their app (in addition to the FREENOW Business Account) and choose the former instead of the one related to the FREENOW Business Account.
Since the card data has been manually entered into the employee's profile, the app treats it as a regular card. This is why the company's bank account was charged without the work trip being recorded in the administration panel.
