'Travel policies' are optional sets of restrictions for a limited usage of the Business Account that you can enable for all your members or groups of employees.
There are five types of Travel policies:

Budget: You can define a spending limit per day/week/month/year
- Travel times: Allow your employees to use the Company Account whenever they want, or set a time range (e.g., only during working hours)
- Services: Choose the type of vehicle (regular taxis, PHV, Lite, XL) or Multimobility services (electric scooters, electric bikes, electric scooters and car sharing)
- Locations: You can restrict the geographic radius of coverage of the trips
- Payment methods: Set up the payment method via corporate account or by their particular credit card (Multicard) and then expense back
Create a Travel Policy
- In the Travel Policies section, select Create Travel Policy
- Enter a Name and Description
- Customize your policy for Budget, Travel Times, Services, Locations and Payment Methods to match your company needs
- Use the toggle button next to each group/employee to apply the policy. The toggle will move right and turn blue when activated
- Select Save Changes to finalize the setup. You’ll return to the main page, where your new Travel Policy will be visible
Delete a Travel Policy
To delete any Travel Policy, you can do so by selecting the edit button and clicking 'Delete this policy' in the lower right corner.
Travel Policies in the App
Employees can view their company’s travel policies by navigating to:
Account > Business Profile > Travel Policies
Please note: Travel policies cannot be edited directly from the business profile.
