There are two ways to contact your driver: by calling or through chat.
Calling
Once you have been assigned a driver, tap the phone icon at the bottom of the real-time booking screen. Make sure the phone number registered in your FREENOW account is the same one you will use to make the call.
To increase the security of all our users, we have activated phone number masking, so the driver's or passenger's phone number has been replaced by a generic phone number that cannot be used outside the app. You can call your driver up to 7 days after the trip is completed.
In chat - App version 11.65.0
You can also chat with your driver instantly, so you can resolve any uncertainties (e.g. pick-up point, unexpected delay, confirmation of child seat, etc.).
To access the chat, simply click on the icon at the bottom of the trip screen.
As long as your booking shows Approaching or Arrived, you can chat and receive push notifications for unread messages in the bottom sheet. Once the trip is completed, the chat will no longer be available.
