How can I request a copy of the data that Freenow holds about me?

A copy of your data can be retrieved from Freenow by submitting a Subject Access Request to our Rider Care Team:

1. Go to our support page 
2. Tap on the 'Help' button located in the bottom right corner 
3. Select Get in touch > Leave a message
4. Fill in the form with your details. Make sure to enter the email address registered to your Freenow account
5. In the Main contact reason, select I want a copy of my personal data
6. We will get back to you once the request is completed
