How to view/download the invoices for my business trips
- Open the app and select Account from the menu at the bottom
- Tap Business profile > Invoices
- From your Trip history, choose the trip and tap on Invoice
- Download or share your invoice as a PDF
You can also request to receive the invoices to a work email address registered on your Business Profile.
Why am I not receiving receipts for my business trips?
Make sure to check that:
- Your work email address has been entered and validated
- Our emails aren’t being flagged as spam (receipts are always sent from an address with a @my.free-now.com domain)
- The email address isn't blocked
If you’ve checked everything and still can’t find them, get in touch so that we can fix this.
