How do I get the invoice or receipt for my personal trips?
For personal trips in Greece it is legally not possible to download an invoice from the Freenow app.
The legal receipt is issued only by the driver's taximeter. The taximeters are connected to the vehicle's cash register, so the receipt is issued automatically for each trip after the service is completed.
Therefore, Freenow can not provide any invoice or receipt for personal trips.
How can I distinguish between my personal and business trips?
You can easily keep your personal and business trips separate by setting up a 'Business Profile' in the app:
- Open the app and tap on ‘Account’ or ‘Wallet’ at the bottom of the main screen
- Select ‘Business Profile’
- Enter your business details, such as your company name and work email address
- When booking a trip for work, switch to your Business Profile by tapping the business icon. This ensures the trip is correctly categorised as a business trip
View this classification (Personal or Business) in the ‘Trips’ section at the bottom of the main menu.
