How are drivers selected to work with Freenow?
All Freenow taxi drivers are self-employed and carefully selected through a thorough application process.
To become a taxi driver, individuals must apply for a taxi license, meet specific requirements, and pass background checks conducted by local authorities.
Before joining Freenow, drivers undergo comprehensive training on responsible driving. We also have a dedicated team that monitors driver performance and acts on passenger feedback to ensure high service standards.
Our goal is to provide the best service by supporting drivers with the knowledge and resources they need.
