Vouchers and promo codes
Everyone loves a little extra off their trip. Vouchers are usually added automatically if you follow a promotional link, but you can also add them manually:
- How to add them: head to the ‘Vouchers and credits’ section in the account screen and tap the ‘+’ icon to enter your promo code.
- A quick tip: most vouchers apply only to personal profiles and private payment methods (like your personal card or PayPal). Just make sure to check the expiry date and terms so you don’t miss out on the saving for your next rental.
Credits
Credits are a bit like a digital wallet within the app. Sometimes we’ll give you credits as a gesture of goodwill or as part of a special offer.
- Automatic savings: unlike vouchers, you don’t need to select credits. If you have a balance, we’ll automatically apply it to your next rental.
- Checking your balance: you can see how much you have left in the ‘Payment’ or ‘Vouchers’ section of the app. It’s our way of saying thanks for choosing Freenow.
