We want account access to be fast, secure, and hassle-free. That's why we support Passkeys, along with phone number and email login options.
Passkeys (Recommended)
Passkeys are the fastest and most secure way to sign in. They eliminate the need for SMS or email verification codes and help you keep access to your account even if you lose access to your phone number or email.
Set up a Passkey
- Go to Profile > Settings and register a Passkey.
Sign in instantly
- If a Passkey is available on your device, you'll be prompted to sign in automatically when you open the app.
- Simply confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your device PIN.
Sign in with your phone number
If you haven't set up a Passkey yet, you can still sign in using your phone number.
- We'll send an SMS verification code the first time you use that number to sign in.
- After verification, future logins are quicker and easier.
Tip: SMS and email codes can occasionally be delayed. For the best experience, we recommend using a Passkey.
Signing in on a new device
If you're using a new or unrecognized device and don't have a Passkey, we'll verify your identity using your email address.
If you no longer have access to your email, you'll need to reset your password by:
- Entering your registered email address.
- Entering the SMS verification code we send to your phone.
- Creating a new password (minimum 8 characters).
Multiple accounts
If multiple accounts are linked to the same phone number, you'll need to sign in using your email address.
Please note:
- Signing in with a phone number will always open the most recently used account.

If you are still having trouble logging in, report it via our website
- Go to our support page and tap the 'Help' button in the bottom right corner
- Select 'Get in touch' > 'Leave a message'
- Fill in the form, making sure you use the email address linked to your Freenow account
- For the main contact reason, select 'I'm having trouble logging into my account'
