If you have detected fraudulent trips made under your FREENOW business account, please submit a request to our support team to have this properly investigated.
Keep in mind that in some cases, employees have the company credit card details added to their app (as well as the FREENOW business account) and choose this instead of the one linked to the FREENOW business account.
Since the card details were manually entered into the employee's profile, the app processes it as a regular card. This is why the company's bank account was debited without the business trip being recorded in the admin panel.
