Each month, Administrators will receive an invoice with the total sum of trips taken on their Business Account. The following model explains how to understand the fields and information collected.
Important: Statements or invoices are not the same as trip reports:
- Invoices only summarize trips paid directly by the business account. Trips paid by passengers are not included.
- Trip reports summarize all trips taken on the business account, regardless of the payment method.

FREENOW can only send invoices via email; no other delivery options, such as integration with external client tools, are available. All invoices are also accessible through the Admin Panel for easy reference.
