Each month, Administrators will receive an invoice with the total sum of trips taken on their Business Account. The following model explains how to understand the fields and information collected:
Important: Statements or invoices are not the same as trip reports:
- Invoices only summarize trips paid directly by the business account. Trips paid by passengers are not included.
- Trip reports summarize all trips taken on the business account, regardless of the payment method.
FREENOW can only send invoices via email; no other delivery options, such as integration with external client tools, are available. All invoices are also accessible through the Admin Panel for easy reference.
