How to delete my Freenow passenger account

Via the app

1. Open the app and tap Account in the bottom bar of the main screen
2. Tap on your name to access your profile details
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account
4. You will be asked to confirm the permanent deletion

Via our Support page - If you do not have access to the app

1. Go to our support page 
2. Tap on the 'Help' button located in the bottom right corner 
3. Select Get in touch > Leave a message
4. Fill in the form with your details. Make sure to enter the email address registered to your Freenow account
5. In the Main contact reason, select I want to delete my account
6. We will get back to you once the request is completed
