Delete a company payment method
Go to the ‘Settings’ tab in the left-hand column of the Admin Panel and then ‘Payment’. Here, you simply need to click on the rubbish bin next to the credit card information.
Add a company payment method
Select the "Add a credit card" button on the same 'Payment’ section of the ‘Settings’ tab.
Freenow supports the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.
When adding a credit card to your Business Account, a message will appear requiring identity verification per PSD2 regulations. This may involve occasional 3D Secure checks, depending on factors like payment amount or your bank’s history.
Important: To update your card, you’ll need to delete the existing one and enter the new details for security reasons.
In case you want to add or update an AMEX credit card, we will need to do it for you. Just submit a request to our Support Team. They will forward your request to our dedicated team, which will get back to you shortly.
