Before your trip
Select your business account in your app:
- Open the app and select the icon of your profile picture
- Select 'Payment'
- Click on your already active company bank card and return to the order menu
- If you haven't registered your business account yet, you can add it by clicking on the '+' sign. Here is a step-by-step guide to open and register your company profile
During your trip
You can always change your payment method before completing your trip:
- After entering the origin and destination, you will see the pre-set payment method under the service options
- Click on it to select your 'Business' account. If the 'Multicard' option is activated, you can select your available personal payment method in the 'Business' tab
Important: It is not possible to change the payment method once the trip is completed. If you have mistakenly selected your private card instead of your business account (or vice versa), there is no way to reverse it.
