What are the requirements for renting a scooter?
To rent any of our electric scooters, you do not need any documentation or previous experience. The only requirement is to be over 18 years old.
For your safety and everyone's, you must comply with the following rules:
- One person per scooter
- Do not exceed the maximum weight of 100 kg (including all accessories - bag, backpack, etc.)
- Respect local traffic laws
- Do not use the scooter under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For everyone's sake, it's better to take a taxi
- Be attentive and drive smartly. Be careful with large vehicles, do not drive in blind spots, and always stay focused and attentive to your surroundings, traffic, and pedestrians
- Consider using a helmet
Once you have registered on the Freenow app and added a payment method*, you can reserve any of our scooters, either through your personal account or your Freenow business account (provided that Multimobility services are enabled).
*We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
